The repeating lever action rifle is a unique American invention. Other countries have copied it, none have ever improved it.
Almost every firearms company in America has made a levergun at one time or another. Some were successful, some were not. All were innovative.
On these pages we offer for your consideration as many of the American levergun designs as we can find. Articles about leverguns, reloading for them, modifying them, and general use of them will be added to the site. All of them by those who have used them, sometimes in dangerous situations, often just for the sheer joy of shooting the best designed firearm the world has produced, the levergun!
